Refund policy

 

Returns

For a full refund, a return request must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the package. You will then have 14 days to return the product. Any request made after 48 hours will not be eligible for a return;

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is deemed damaged or unsaleable. All items will be quality controlled and the original packaging must be intact.

If you do not receive the correct jewel or if the jewel is damaged, please write to us within 24 hours of receiving the package.

All custom orders and special orders placed on mariemas.com are final sales;

Making a return

If you wish to make a return request, please send an e-mail to contact@mariemas.com and put  in the subject line, followed by the order number. We'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label and help you arrange pickup for all returns. Once the return has been inspected, you will receive a full refund less duties, customs, taxes and shipping charges.

Making an exchange

If you wish to exchange a piece of jewelry, please send an email to contact@mariemas.com and put “EXCHANGE,” followed by your order number in the subject line. We are happy to assist you with your exchange or to make you a gift card. If you have purchased a piece from an outside retailer and would like to initiate an exchange, please contact that retailer directly as we can only assist you with orders placed directly on mariemas.com.

Please note that the frequency of return requests is recorded, mariemas.com has the right to refuse a return if excessive return requests are made on the same account or by the same individual.
