Marie Cabirou’s new collection is titled “Luminous Lines.” Each piece comes to life through innovative, patented techniques that are signature to the brand.
“For me, jewelry creates a strong connection with the person who wears it. This relationship is important; otherwise, fine jewelry can feel intimidating. Travel, architecture, different cultures, and colors inspire me. I’m delighted to discover Morocco for the first time,” says the designer.
Her entire body of work revolves around movement and the idea of jewelry coming to life when worn.
“Through each collection, I explore movement in a different way using specific techniques. In my first collection, Swinging Stones, the stones flip and change color with movement. The second collection, Waves, features diamonds that rise along the hand like a wave, following the shape of the finger. Luminous Lines is my latest collection, which I’ve just launched with Neyleen. The idea is to highlight the details of the body. There are also surreal lines that trace and accentuate different parts of the body,” she explains.
Gold, diamonds, emeralds, rubies, sapphires… there is no shortage of precious materials.
Each collection carries a distinctive signature. A keen attention to detail perpetuates the DNA of the French brand Marie Mas. The jeweler’s meticulous craftsmanship undeniably enhances the creations, which are highly sought after by fine jewelry enthusiasts.
